Will I receive the same product that you see in the images?
Alamar products are handcrafted, each piece is unique, so there may be small imperfections in the finishes and small variations in the color resulting from a handmade manufacturing process.
Can I modify my order once it has been made?
You have a period of 24 hours from when you placed the order to ask us for a change. For example, a change of shipping address, change of product size, color, etc. Write to us as soon as possible at email@example.com and tell us what you want to change in your order. Please include the word CHANGE in the subject of the email.
Is it possible to cancel an order once my purchase has been confirmed?
Yes, as long as we have not already packed and sent the order. You can request cancellation by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include in the subject of the email the word URGENT. For more information see our return policy.
What happens if an object of my order arrives damaged?
In that case, please send an email to email@example.com and send us photos to see the damaged product. We will collect it free of charge. You have period of 14 calendar days from the day of purchase to request a change. For more information see our return policy.
What happens if I receive a product that is not the one I ordered?
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You have a period of 14 calendar days to inform us of the error. We will exchange it free of charge.
Can I return the product purchased from Alamar because it is not what I expected?
We hope it does not happen! But if the order placed does not satisfy you, you can return it to us as long as it has not been used and it retains its original packaging. The shipping and collection costs in this case will be on behalf of the customer who will have 14 calendar days to make the return. If you want to return the product, write to email@example.com. What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are automatically calculated in our online store, it will depend on the products you buy and the location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Orders to the Peninsula and Portugal take 72h.
- Orders within Mallorca 24h.
- Balearic Island orders 72h.
- Orders to the Canary Islands from 2 to 3 business days.
- Orders within the European Union can take 3 to 5 business days.
- Orders outside the European Union can take from 5 to 7 business days.
It is possible that if they are products that are handcrafted in a personalised way, they can take longer. If this is the case we will always let you know so that you know the approximate waiting time for your product.
For your information, orders made after 12pm will be processed the next day. Orders made on Friday from 2.30 pm, Saturday and Sunday and holiday days will be processed on the next working day. If you need an order to be placed urgently, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, include in the subject of the email the word URGENT.
From what amount is shipping free?
From 100 euros if the shipment is to Spain and Portugal and from 500 euros to Europe and the rest of the world.
What are the different payment methods? Are they safe?
We have two secure payment methods:
Paypal and Stripe. With both you can pay with a credit or debit card, through our online store. In cases where they are special products that are not for sale in the online store but are available to order via email, you can pay by making a bank transfer to the account number we will provide you.
How will I know that my order has been processed correctly and that you have received it?
When you place your order, a message will appear indicating that it has been made correctly. You will also receive an email confirming your purchase at the email address you have given.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes, if you need an invoice you can contact us at email@example.com.
Can I order my gift wrapped order?
Yes, we will be happy to prepare it in a personalised way for the person that you tell us. You can do this in the “Notes” field of the order form.
